MLB | Apr 12, 2021 Tigers vs. Astros |
Astros -1½ -115 at DRAFTKINGS |
in 9h |
FREE PICK - Houston Astros -1.5 (-115) You can lay the -220 or more with the Astros on the money line, but I think the better play is to roll the dice with the -1.5 run line. Houston will have ace Zack Greinke on the mound, who has looked great in his first two starts on the road against division rivals Oakland and Los Angeles. Greinke tossed 6 scoreless innings against the A's and allowed just 2 runs over 7 innings against the Angels. Now he faces a Tigers team that has scored a total of 8 runs in their last 4 games combined. Houston's offense did struggle a little in the last two games in their weekend series with the A's, but overall they are swinging the bat well early in 2021. Astros come in averaging 6.2 runs/game and are hitting .281 as a team. Casey Mize will get the rock for the Tigers. Each of his first two starts came against the Twins. He allowed 6 runs on 5 hits (2 HR) in 4 2/3 innings at Minnesota and 1 run on 5 hits in 4 innings at Detroit. I think that could be a sign of Mize just not being as sharp on the road. I also think it's worth noting that the guy has given up 7 home runs in 8 career starts (6.40 career ERA). Give me the Astros -1.5 (-115)! **AMAZING 126-104 (55%) Run Over Last 59 Days** This hot streak has his $1,000 players up over $13K in a very short period of time! FREE PICK - Kansas City Royals +128 I will take my chances with the Royals as a decently priced road dog in Sunday's matchup with AL Central rival Chicago. Big bounce back spot for Kansas City after losing the series opener 6-0 on Thursday (off day Friday, rainout Saturday). Royals just couldn't get anything going against veteran Lance Lynn on Thursday. Scoring runs shouldn't be a problem on Saturday, as the White Sox will send out Dylan Cease. There's a lot of upside for the 25-year-old, but the numbers kind of speak for themselves. Cease has a 5.03 ERA and 1.51 WHIP in 27 career starts. He allowed 3 runs on 5 hits and 3 walks with just 3 K's in his first outing of 2021 at the Angels. Kansas City will counter with 33-year-old veteran Mike Minor, who has a 3.99 ERA and 1.22 WHIP over 249 big league appearances (182 starts). While Minor has a not so great 6.00 ERA after giving up 4 runs in 6 innings in his first start against the Rangers, he only gave up 4 hits and 2 walks for a 1.00 WHIP. He's also got a 3.46 ERA and 1.00 WHIP in 2 career starts against the White Sox. Give me the Royals +128! |

40* (NBA) - Sharp Money VEGAS INSIDER (Over 231.5) I like the value here with the OVER 231.5 in Sunday's NBA matchup that has the Pacers visiting the Grizzlies. The OVER has cashed in 3 straight for Memphis and this Grizzlies offense has been on an absolute tear for a few weeks now. Memphis has scored 116 or more in 5 straight and 110 or more in 11 of 12. They should be able to put up a big number here against a Pacers team that is without their best interior defender in Myles Turner. It's just not the same defense without one of the league's best shot blockers on the floor. Key here is the Pacers should be able to keep pace offensively with Memphis. This is a game I think we could see both teams eclipse 120 points. Give me the OVER 231.5! |

50* (NBA) - Sunday *MAX UNIT* Top Play (Bulls -4.5) I love the Bulls -4.5 in Sunday's road game against the Timberwolves. Chicago had their 3-game winning streak snapped in a 108-120 loss at Atlanta on Friday, but are still 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games. I really like the look of this Bulls team after the moves they made at the trade deadline. Minnesota is a team I will be backing as a big dog, but this is just not the price or spot we want anything to do with the Timberwolves. Minnesota is coming off a 2-game road trip at Indiana and Boston, where they gave up 141 to the Pacers and 145 to the Celtics. They also could have a hard time here not looking ahead to tomorrow's home game against the Nets. Give me the Bulls -4.5! |

MLB | Apr 11, 2021 Rockies vs Giants |
UNDER 8 -117 |
Won $100 |
Play Type: Premium | ||
40* (MLB) - Over/Under Total NO-BRAINER (Under 8) Colorado's offense has really struggled in their first two games away from Coors Field, as they have managed just 4 runs in their two games at San Francisco. I don't see them getting the offense going against Giants starter Anthony Desclafani, who was sharp in his first start at San Diego, limiting the Padres to just 1 run in 5 innings. Rockies will counter with German Marquez. He's got a 3.60 ERA in two starts, both at home against the Dodgers and Dbacks. He should have no problem shutting down one of baseball's worst offenses. In his two starts against the Giants last year, he allowed just 3 run with 12/2 K/BB ratio in 13 1/3 innings. Give me the UNDER 8! |
